Having left Oklahoma’s green rolling hills at 16 years old for a life in Los Angeles, Mac Hanson might as well call himself an Angeleno now. He’s been on the west coast working as a film editor, musician, director and writer for long enough to feel at home in most scenes, and have a memory - if half-forgotten - in every bar. Somewhere though, there’s still a part of him that runs the rusty red color of the soil emblematic of his homeland.

That place serves as the backbone, backdrop and proverbial bootstraps for the director-editor-musician-lumberjack, who seems to be making it an effort to prove “Mac Of All Trades” an appropriate epitaph.
